5. Supply Chain Due Diligence
We recognise that modern slavery risks can exist within complex supply chains, particularly where labour-intensive services, subcontractors or third-party suppliers are involved.
We therefore seek to take a proportionate and risk-based approach to supplier and contractor due diligence.
Depending on the nature and risk associated with the relationship, this may include:
- Understanding the nature of the supplier’s business

- Assessing the services being provided
- Considering the geographical and operational risks associated with the supplier
- Reviewing relevant policies or certifications where appropriate
- Requiring suppliers and contractors to comply with applicable UK legislation
- Monitoring the performance of suppliers and contractors
- Raising and investigating concerns where appropriate
For higher-risk relationships, additional information or assurances may be requested.
6. Risk Assessment
23 Automotive Ltd recognises that the risk of modern slavery can vary depending on the nature of the service, supplier, workforce and supply chain involved.
We will consider factors including:
- The nature of the work being undertaken
- The use of subcontractors
- Labour-intensive activities
- Temporary or agency labour
- The location of suppliers and services
- The complexity of the relevant supply chain
- The ability to exercise appropriate oversight over third parties
Where a potential risk is identified, we will take reasonable and proportionate steps to investigate and manage that risk.

We will not knowingly use forced, bonded or involuntary labour.

We will comply with applicable UK employment, right-to-work and minimum wage requirements.
We will not knowingly employ anyone below the applicable legal minimum age.
8. Contractors and Subcontractors
Where contractors or subcontractors are used, we expect them to operate in accordance with applicable UK legislation and our standards regarding ethical employment and modern slavery.
Where appropriate, contractual arrangements may require contractors and subcontractors to confirm their compliance with relevant legislation and our expectations.
Where credible concerns are identified, 23 Automotive Ltd will investigate the matter and take appropriate action.
This may include requiring corrective action, suspending work, terminating the relationship or reporting matters to the appropriate authorities where necessary.
9. Reporting Concerns
We encourage employees, contractors, suppliers and other stakeholders to raise concerns if they believe that modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour or exploitation may be taking place within our business or supply chain.
Concerns should be raised with a member of management or through the Company’s established reporting arrangements.
All concerns will be taken seriously and investigated appropriately.
No individual should suffer detrimental treatment for raising a genuine concern in good faith.
Where appropriate, matters may be referred to the relevant authorities.
10. Training and Awareness
23 Automotive Ltd recognises the importance of ensuring that relevant employees understand the risks associated with modern slavery and know how to identify and report concerns.
We will provide appropriate information, guidance or training to employees where relevant to their roles and responsibilities.
As the Company’s business and supply-chain risks develop, we will review whether additional training is appropriate.
11. Monitoring and Effectiveness
We will periodically review our approach to modern slavery and consider whether our policies and procedures remain appropriate.
